Open Atmosphere

What we mean by openness is the fact that we encourage and even demand that every employee question what they do, that they push their assumed boundaries and that they raise their disagreements and hold differing views to what may not seem good to them. That is where we derive our creativity as an Organization. Freedom at work is the freedom to change the way things are, but never at the cost of the result. We encourage people to 'Just Go Do It' - which means an excuse free approach, to deliver results at all costs, and nothing is more challenging and motivating to a software professional than seeing himself achieve results, inspite of difficult schedules, day after day.
